Girls in Science @ Wesleyan University

Arcari Flora joins the inspiring Girls in Science program at Wesleyan University, offering young girls the opportunity to explore the wonders of science through hands-on experiences rooted in nature and creativity.

In this weeklong program, participants will connect scientific exploration with artistic expression—diving into engaging experiments, outdoor investigations, and nature-inspired art projects. With guidance from female scientists, educators, and artists, students will build confidence, ask bold questions, and strengthen their connection to the natural world.

This immersive program fosters leadership, teamwork, and a lifelong love for science—encouraging girls to see themselves as future changemakers in the fields of STEM and environmental stewardship.
